What makes a Hot Didely Dog so hot didely good?
A great hot dog starts with great bread. At Hot Didely Dogs we have painstakingly recreated a traditional Japanese white bread cooking method called Tangzhong and combined this with a secret ingredient from America's deep south to bring you the world's fluffiest, most delicious soft white bread that bounces back to shape no matter how roughly it is handled. The texture has to be experienced to be believed!
Our rolls are first warmed through on a hot spike that lightly toasts the inside of the bread, keeping it firm and guaranteeing the sauce never makes things soggy. Once we've put toppings inside the roll, the sausage goes in last, with a final blast of sauce to give you a flavour burst from the very first mouthful. We had so much fun playing with each batch, experimenting until our recipe was absolutely perfected, that it earned the nickname "Fun Bread™" and the name has stuck ever since.
